EPS Tracker URL replacement (Jan 2026)

Modified on Mon, 5 Jan at 3:49 PM

The EPS Prescription Tracker link previously used on your SystmOne toolbar is being retired, if you've reached this page it may be your service has not yet updated the toolbar URL.

What you need to do now

Please contact your internal surgery administrator and ask them to replace the EPS Prescription Tracker on your SystmOne Toolbars as soon as possible.

Temporary access

While this is being resolved at your surgery, you can still access the tracker via the NHS Spine Portal:

For Surgery SystmOne Administrators

When EPS originally went live at your service, the EPS Tracker URL was added to service Toolbars; that button is now being decommissioned and must be replaced. Please ensure the tracker is replaced on all Toolbars owned by your surgery. Also if relevant:

  • If you allow some or all staff to configure personalised Toolbars, ensure they are aware they should replace the tracker if present.

  • If your service has added the tracker option to other local content such as Templates, Protocols, Views (etc); ensure this is replaced.

To replace on Toolbars published by your surgery

  1. Navigate to Organisation Preferences in SystmOne and access the Toolbars node.
  2. Identify Toolbars containing the option marked: EPS Prescription Tracker (REPLACE ME)
  3. Replace with EPS Prescription Tracker

The video below shows an example of viewing the buttons  this process.

Why is this happening?

As part of ongoing work to rationalise and reduce the long history of local SystmOne Organisation Groups.  We are removing content in the group currently called 'Suffolk & North East Essex ICS' with the intent of closing this group entirely. The tracker is the final URL published to the ICS Organisation Group and a replacement is present elsewhere.
