Internet SystmOne

Internet SystmOne allows access to the data and records on the SystmOne servers; however, it does not have access to the Spine. Spine related functions such as PDS, EPS, and GP2GP are unavailble. Careful consideration should be taken to see if Internet SystmOne is appropriate for your service and where you may need to alter your processes to accommodate this.

If your organisation is considering using Internet SystmOne, ensure your use has been approved by your DPO.

Authorising a device for Internet SystmOne

• Enter you manual SystmOne credentials and click 'Log on' - (I don't know my manual SystmOne credentials!)
• The 'Device Authorisation' window appears, select an email address linked with your SystmOnline profile and click 'E-mail Code' a message will show confirming this has been sent. Click'Ok'.
  If there is no email address linked with your SystmOne profile arrange foryour SystmOne administrator add your work email address
• Enter the code sent to your email account and 'Submit Code' - a message with show this device is now authorised, click 'Ok'
• You can now login to Internet SystmOne - You will need authorise again in 30 days and whenever a new device is used.
