When your surgery migrated to TPP SystmOne deducted records in your prior system were not imported to SystmOne.
Those records were supplied to you via optical media (CD/DVD), USB flash storage or direct file transfer.
The core of the record data is stored as XML files with XLS formatting; this does not natively display in modern browser having navigated the Deducted patient index file (HTML) to click on a patient name, the browser page will be blank.
- In Microsoft Edge, visit this page: edge://settings/defaultbrowser
- Allow Internet Explorer compatibility and restart Edge.
- Revisit the blank record page in Edge the select ... > Reload in Internet Explorer mode and wait
The page should reload and display the record.
If you will be using deducted records a lot, consider clicking the 'Show on Toolbar' option when prompted to make accessing this function easier.
