Suffolk GP Digital Engagement - Practice Input
Following the formation of Norfolk and Suffolk ICB, we’d like to invite you to meet the ICB Digital Team and help shape how we support primary care going forward.
We’re holding an initial Suffolk engagement session to start that conversation.
Event details
Date: Friday 22 May 2026
Time: 11:30am – 12:30pm
Location: Microsoft Teams Meeting
What to expect
An informal session where we will:
- Introduce the ICB Digital Team
- Listen to your experience of GPIT and digital support — what works well and what doesn’t
- Discuss current challenges and pressures
- Share early thinking on our future support model
- Begin shaping how support works in practice, together
This isn’t about presenting a finished solution — it’s about listening first and designing something that reflects how practices actually work day to day.
Share your thoughts in advance
If there are topics you’d like us to cover, or specific concerns or suggestions, please share them here: Suffolk GP Digital Engagement - Practice Input
We recognise the ongoing pressures on practices and are keen to develop a practical, consistent approach that supports you effectively while making the best use of available resources.
We hope you can join us.
Please note: The meeting will be recorded - The slides and recording will be made available after the event.
Above shared on behalf of the new ICB Digital team.
The Past...
As part of the ICB restructure the ‘Clinical Systems Helpdesk’ website, including its knowledge base articles and the ‘New Starter’ training service, will cease during June 2026.
In the interim, we encourage surgery training coordinators to ensure they are registered as a ‘Manager’ on the TPP Learning Academy website. This will enable them to invite colleagues to access TPP eLearning content.
We appreciate all the positive feedback and thanks we have received in our many years delivering support across Suffolk and to neighbouring health services.
