The new 'Norfolk and Suffolk ICB Digital team' held an engagement session to "help shape how we support primary care going forward" on 22 May 2026. The slides and recording are being made available to surgeries.

Moving On and Thanks

As part of the ICB restructure the ‘Clinical Systems Helpdesk’ website, including its knowledge base articles and the ‘New Starter’ training service, will cease during June 2026.

In the interim, we encourage surgery training coordinators to ensure they are registered as a ‘Manager’ on the TPP Learning Academy website. This will enable them to invite colleagues to access TPP eLearning content.

We appreciate all the positive feedback and thanks we have received in our many years delivering support across Suffolk and to neighbouring health services.
