Registration Links: Rejection

If you require assistance with Links messages advising a registration has been rejected, please raise a ticket with the Clinical Systems Team.


Once the necessary actions have been completed (often re-starting the registration), right-click the message and Action to remove it from the Links list.

Rejection Codes

The HA (PCSE) provide a list of the rejection codes they may return to your system as well as details of how to update the email address details are sent to.

? Tip: Ensure PCSE registration alerts are sent to a shared mailbox (a mailbox with no password) rather than to an individual user. This ensures mail can always be accessed, including during unplanned staff absence.
