If you require assistance with Links messages advising a registration has been rejected, please raise a ticket with the Clinical Systems Team.
Once the necessary actions have been completed (often re-starting the registration), right-click the message and Action to remove it from the Links list.
Rejection Codes
The HA (PCSE) provide a list of the rejection codes they may return to your system as well as details of how to update the email address details are sent to. At the time of writing, the former is in question "Rejections - notifying practices about rejected registrations" and the latter in "Rejections - can I change the email address that patient registration rejection emails are sent to?"

? Tip: Ensure PCSE registration alerts are sent to a shared mailbox (a mailbox with no password) rather than to an individual user. This ensures mail can always be accessed, including during unplanned staff absence.
