Use the instructions below to add the two new ESNEFT labs to your GP system and confirm when complete.

TPP SystmOne

1. Navigate to Setup > & Users & Policy > Staff & Organisation Setup
2. On the Staff & Organisation Setup screen, open EDI Setup
   
3. Select Add lab under Linked Pathology / Radiology Labs
   
4. In the Select Organisation window, Search for the first lab: 110000518200009 or ESNEFT Pathology, select it, and Ok
   
5. Repeat steps 3 & 4 for 110000518200010 or ESNEFT Radiology
6. Click Ok to save.
   
7. Confirm the labs have been added at snee.link/labsadded (NHS.net sign in required)

SystmOne Warnings

• Do not remove existing lab 'Ipswich Hospital Pathology', this is required for ICE access.
• Do not enable 'Allow Pathology Requesting' for the new labs.

Optum EMIS Web

Note that the details added for the two labs have similarities. Differences have been marked in red.

1. Navigate to EMIS > Workflow > Workflow Manager
   
2. Open Config, within Organisation Options scroll down and select Trading Partners
   
3. Identity your service Organisation Cipher
   • Select an existing Trading Partner and the Messages tab
   • Your Organisation Cipher will be present where XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX is shown below.
     Make a note of this 15 digit number using your preferred method - you will need it later.
4. Select Add and complete the Trading partner details for the first lab
   • Trading Partner Type: Laboratory Links
   • Trading Partner Name: ESNEFT Pathology
   • DTS Mailbox: 8J168PM
   • Main Contact: Stuart Giddings
   • Telephone: 0300 303 5299  
5. Click Next or Messages for the next section
6. Click Add and complete the Add Message details for the first lab
   • Message type: MEDRPT
   • Message version: NHS003 (May default to 002!)
   • Trading Parther Cipher: 110000518200009
   • Organisation Cipher: [Number you noted in step 3]
   • Linked: Ticked
     
7. Click Ok on the Add Message window and again on Add trading partner window
8. Select Add and complete the Trading partner details for the second lab
   • Trading Partner Type: Laboratory Links
   • Trading Partner Name: ESNEFT Radiology
   • DTS Mailbox: 8J168PM
   • Main Contact: Stuart Giddings
   • Telephone: 0300 303 5299
     
9. Click Next or Messages for the next section
10. Click Add and complete the Add Message details for the secondlab
    • Message type: MEDRPT
    • Message version: NHS002 (Not 3 this time)
    • Trading Parther Cipher: 110000518200010
    • Organisation Cipher: [Number you noted in step 3]
    • Linked: Ticked
11. Click Ok on the Add Message window and again on Add trading partner window
12. Recommended: Select the Message tab and double-check the Message Version and Trading Partner Cipher for each new lab:
    • ESNEFT Pathology, version 3, Cipher ends 09
    • ESNEFT Radiology, version 2, Cipher ends 10
      
13. Confirm the labs have been added at snee.link/labsadded (NHS.net sign in required)

EMIS Web Warnings

• Do not remove existing trading partners for ESNEFT/Ipswich Hospital/Colchester hospital.
