Review the Users in an access position

It's important to review who has access to positions you manage to ensure staff are not left with access inappropriately. e.g. Missed when left or changed role/responsibilities

  1. Access CIM
  2. Ensure you have the correct role active to perform actions- Change role, if required
  3. Manage access
  4. Locate the access position you need to review (use filter if there is a long list) and click the name
    In the example below the term "report" has been added to the filter to limit the list of postions
  5. Click the Assigned users tab (you can alternatively click the number of users on the prior page)
  6. Where you know staff have left, click Remove and complete the process
    If you see staff that are due to leave, can use Edit to schedule and automatic end date (use the date after the final day they need access, not last working day).
