If a patient or proxy cannot see online record entries; the most common issue is that the Set full/coded clinical record start date(s) has not been set after their record was reviewed. Note that this setting impacts both the patient and their proxy/proxies.
The Online Services node will state:
"Detailed Coded Record: No review performed. This record type will not be available through online services.
Full Clinical Record: No review performed. This record type will not be available through online services."
Example
Bernice (aged 5) has not had a record review performed to set the dates of recording viewing. Maureen (proxy and mother) will not be able to view Bernice's records.
To resolve, ensure your record review process has been completed and set the date(s) accordingly. These dates will impact Bernice's proxy/proxies now and will determine what Bernice can access if/when they have their own online access at a later date.
