Organisation Groups allow the sharing of content between services that is maintained from a single location.
When viewing an existing Organisation Group SystmOne will show a Shared Content tab; however, this only lists an extremely limited number of options. Below are the items know the Clinical Systems Team as a April 2024.
If leaving or closing an Organisation Group, it is important all the following are reviewed to confirm what content may be lost and any impacts.

- Form Maintenance
- Protocols
- URLs & Program Maintenance (listed as "URLs")
