Child Immunisations: Viewing and updating Child Health data

Modified on Fri, 9 Feb at 9:59 AM

Child Health manage the schedules for child immunisations and add this data to SystmOne. These are called Scheduled Appointments and are not the booked Appointments for the patient.

Viewing Scheduled Appointments

Where Child Health have scheduled immunisations you can see this on both the Vaccinations and Scheduled Appointments nodes. On the Vaccinations node the scheduled items will have a clock icon on the Childhood Grid; hover your cursor on the clock to view the details.

Updating Scheduled Appointments

Surgeries should supply Child Health with data regarding patient vaccination and/or attendance.

Where you record the relevant vaccinations this occurs automatically.

For any other situation (such as failure to attend or attendance but not given), the surgery should right-click the Scheduled Appointment and select the relevant option (see below).

This will negate the need to complete and send returns manually to Child Health via email as they will already have the data.
