These mailboxes are being converted to Shared mailboxes or Application accounts for security compliance.
If you have been granted delegation access to these mailboxes you should now stop using a password to access them. The ability to login with a password will be removed from most of these mailboxes.
How to access another mailbox

Outlook Web App
If you access your own User mailbox via www.nhs.net and https://outlook.office.com/:
- Click your name (top-right) and Open another mailbox
- Type the address of the mailbox you need to access and click Open.
- The other mailbox will open in another tab on your web browser. You can switch between your own User mailbox and other mailboxes.
Outlook Desktop
⚠️ Ensure you have followed the steps here: Check your Outlook Account Settings*
If you access your own User mailbox via Outlook desktop; other mailboxes you have been given access to should automatically appear in the left-hand pane of Outlook for you within 24 hours of receiving the "Delegation changes..." email.
If the mailbox does not appear, you can use Outlook Web App (link above) to access your own User mailbox and other mailboxes until this is resolved.
