If you want to check or look up a PPA ID
- Visit https://www.odsdatasearchandexport.nhs.uk/
- Search with your surgery ID. e.g. D83000, F20000, Y01000
- Expand the section GENERAL MEDICAL PRACTIONER
- The CODE listed is a GMP ID, of which the middle 6 digits are a PPA ID
e.g. If the code states G9999911, then the PPA ID is 999991
If a doctor is not listed, they are not recognised as a partner/salaried GP with your surgery. Do not attempt to use a Doctors GMP/PPA ID that is associated with a different surgery.
